e-novACT makes his first step in smart building
The company e-novACT – specialised in connected objects and Artificial Intelligence – develops turnkey IoT solutions.
Its recent establishment on the French Riviera allows the Cannes Riviera Hotel – a four-star hotel located in the centre of Cannes – to evolve into a “smart building”. It thus benefits from the latest technologies in terms of equipment surveillance.

The solution deployed consists of various sensors, solar panel power supply systems when relevant, and radio transmission. All the equipment transmits its data to the FUSION AS platform, which stores and analyses it.
After simple and quick parameterisation, this data is evaluated and alarms are created and relayed to the personnel in charge of maintenance.
This system will be capable of anticipating certain failures thanks to a predictive analysis (Artificial Intelligence) notably of the vibration signals transmitted by certain sensors.
E-novACT, which is already working in the industrial field (Edf, SNCF, Air Liquide, Alma…) is thus considering the deployment of its solutions in the field of Smart Building and Smart City.
